If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from ShopVCS, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase for a full product refund – and ShopVCS will cover the cost of your return shipping!*
Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. All coupons are one time use only and non-refundable. Returns must be requested through your ShopVCS account used for purchase. ShopVCS is unable to cover return shipping costs from Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO locations at this time.

ShopVCS does not process exchanges. Due to our shipping arrangements with the various brands and warehouses we work with, the best solution for exchanging an item would be to return the item using the Return Instructions above, and then place a new order on ShopVCS. (Example: If you ordered a pair of boots that ended up not fitting quite right, return the shoes, and then place a new order for a different size.)
Defective or Incorrect Merchandise
If you received defective, incorrect, or incomplete merchandise, please call our Customer Care Team as soon as you can. You can also email us here, and please include your order number, and any and all details about the issue you’re experiencing in your message. ShopVCS will arrange for a replacement or repair of your item, and we’ll take care of any shipping or postage costs you may incur.
Associated with manufacturer defects only, including but not limited to missing parts, accessories, or faulty functioning or operation.
If you received an item that was different from the item described on ShopVCS.com, or is the wrong size, color, or style than what you ordered, we will happily replace the item for you. In some cases, we may ask you to take a picture of the item you received and send it to us so we can notify the brand or shipper.
On the rare chance that an item you ordered arrived damaged, please keep all the packing materials as you received them, and then please call our Customer Care Team as soon as you can. It may also be helpful to take a few pictures of the package or the item so that we can see exactly what happened. ShopVCS will arrange for a replacement of any item found to be damaged upon arrival within 30 days after you received it.
Missing or Refused Shipments
Please allow for at least 6 to 9 days for your package to arrive, and occasionally even longer if your delivery address is an APO or FPO location. Unsure of where your package is? If you received a “Your product(s) have shipped!” email, search for the tracking number included in that email to see when your item is expected to arrive. If you believe your order may be missing, please call our Customer Care Team so we can take the next steps to ensure you receive your order.
Any shipments that are refused by you for any reason will be charged all shipping costs incurred in your original purchase. Refunds or replacements will only be issued if it is confirmed that a package is missing or irrecoverable.
ShopVCS is not responsible for packages left on the premises due to special instructions left for our shipper.
We will email you as soon as your refund has been processed. If you have arranged for a return, you should expect to receive your refund within 3 to 4 weeks of returning the item(s); however in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. The time period includes: The amount of time for us to receive your item from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your credit card company or bank to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days).
