- Reset your password.
- Log in to view your account activity.

Step 1: Click on the link below (you may have to hold down your control key while you click on it) or copy and paste the link into the address bar of your web browser. (note: You cannot Google this address as it is a private VA address)

*Note: Access to the VCS EPD site is only available on a VA network computer.
Step 2A: This will give you the logon screen displayed below where you will enter your account number and password in order to view your account information.
- The Account number is located in the top right corner of your card.
- Do not enter any dashes or spaces when entering your account number.
Step 2B: If you do not remember your password instead enter the last 6 digits of your SSN in the password field and click the box "Change Password" prior to clicking Log In.
Step 2C: If you are still having issues with your VCS account, you must call the VCS Finance Center at 314-845-1455, or, 314-845-1338 or email VCSFCEPDTEAM@va.gov
How do I view my EPD account activity?
Follow below instructions to view EPD transactions. If you need immediate assistance, please email VCSFCEPDTEAM@va.gov
- Go to link https://vaww.vcscanteen.aac.va.gov/pd/default2.asp
- Enter in your Account number and Password.
- Click on the link to view payroll transaction history
Forgot my password or need to reset my password?
Please use these instructions to reset your account password. If you need immediate assistance, please call the EPD Helpdesk via email email VCSFCEPDTEAM@va.gov.

- Enter in your Account number and Password, and check the Change Password box.
- Follow change password instructions.
